License Agreement for Logo Search
1. Important Information
Carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase
or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted
these terms and conditions.
2. License Agreement
DR Management grants subscribers a nonexclusive license to use
the web logos in accordance with these Terms of Use and Conditions
(the "license") issued by DR Management.
3. Non-Exclusive License Agreement
The templates in the Logo-Search.com directory are not for resale.
Once a subscription is purchased you are able to use the web
logos for business, corporate or personal use. This includes
the design of a website using the logos.
4. Modifcations
Modifications to the logos are allowed, you may not distribute
the web logos after modifications, unless all images and objects
are replaced and the template looks drastically different
from the original logo.
5. Logo Elements
All images in the logos are property of DR Management and
may not be used in derivative works.
The subscription to the logo-search.com directory does not
grant a license to modify, resell, license or sub-license
any of the images used in the logo-search.com directory in
their present or modified forms under any circumstances.
6. Unauthorized Use
Logos and images, modified or unmodified, may not be included
on a CD, website, or any other redistribution material outside
of those uses mentioned in this license, without prior written
consent from DR Management.
You may not include or bundle with other projects for resale.
Any misuse or distribution of the logos or images will result
in sever penalties. DR Management will pursue legal action
for any losses resulting from misuse of content.
7. Assignability
The subscription to logo-search.com directory may not be resold,
sub-licensed, assigned or transfered to 3rd parties.
8. Ownership
A subscription to the logo-search.com directory does not constitute
ownership, it merely constitutes a license to use the templates
in the directory. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive
ownership--modified or unmodified.
9. Liabilities
DR Managements's logos are provided "as is" without warranty
of any kind, either expressed or implied. DR Management shall
not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained from use
of the logos.
You agree that DR Management is not liable to any subscriber
for any indirect, incidental, damages or loss of business,
lost profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary
loss.
